Software commissioning manager (m / f)
Job description
- The planning and preparation for coming projects is carried out by you in-house
- You will then lead the commissioning of the designed systems on site and make sure that testing events are executed on schedule
- You coordinate with the customer and colleagues with regard to the test scenarios to be carried out
- Communicate with the other company departments to ensure commissioning documents are created in accordance with applicable commissioning requirements.
- The test monitoring (quality and deadlines) is supervised by you in coordination with the commissioning plan on site. Prob
- Provide input and insight to the overall commissioning plan to the Project Manager
Qualifications
- You have experience in handling software or/and intralogistics projects
- Experience in performing and coordinating FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) Integrated Site Acceptance Test and any other witness events
- Experience in on-site software / hardware version control, verification and validation
- Your project start-up skills are good and you have gained experience in leading international teams
- Experience in software tests and IT hardware would be an advantage
- You can lead people well through your communication skills
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) or WCS (Warehouse Control System) would be an advantage for you
- You are characterized by very good English skills
- Your willingness to travel internationally is more than 50% of your working hours

Ramp-up Manager (m / f)
Job description
- You look after the customer during the test and ramp-up phase of their automated storage systems to allow smooth start into production phase.
- You will develop the necessary documents (ramp-up plan), train the shift supervisors, warehouse managers on the functions and processes in the warehouse
- You will independently coordinate all required activities on site with the relevant partners (internal and external)
- You will be responsible for test monitoring in coordination with the customer, test and ramp-up plan on site and for deadline monitoring in coordination with the project management
- Documentation and evaluation of these project phases round will be your responsibility
- You enjoy working abroad at customer sites worldwide
Qualifications
- You have good experience in warehousing processes
- Experience in operating automated storage systems is an advantage
- Your knowledge in the field of warehouse logistics and project commissioning is fundamental
- You have already successfully led teams
- Communication skills, initiative and assertiveness are among your characteristics
- Good English skills (B2) is a must, German will be an advantage
